BTP Pods is our flagship summer training program running Monday through Thursday for 10 weeks. Athletes are grouped into two cohorts that alternate daily between on-ice sessions at Centennial Sports Arena and off-ice training at our 8-station BTP Facility. Every athlete gets 2 on-ice days and 2 off-ice days per week — plus leadership development built into every off-ice session.
90 minutes, 3 simultaneous stations (Skating, Stickhandling, Shooting), 30 minutes each. 5 circuits per station that rotate across the season — every circuit repeated 3-4 times for mastery.
80 minutes rotating through 8 specialized stations in groups of 3. Skating simulators, shooting machines, stickhandling trainers, and our proprietary Shot Analyzer.
30 minutes every off-ice day. A 10-week curriculum covering coachability, mental toughness, accountability, emotional control, and leadership development.
Day 1 and Day 20 testing across 9 metrics (5 on-ice, 4 off-ice). Every athlete gets a personal scorecard comparing their start to their finish.
