The Skills That Don't
Show Up on a Scoresheet

Leadership and character development built into every week at BTP.

Why Leadership?

Great hockey players aren't just skilled — they're coachable, resilient, composed, and accountable. Every week at BTP includes structured leadership and goal-setting sessions designed to build the mental and emotional skills that separate good players from great ones.

The 4-Day Learning Cycle

Monday

Introduce It
Present the topic. Give players the key phrase. Explain why it matters.

Tuesday

See It in Action
Recognize how the skill shows up in real hockey situations.

Wednesday

Practice It
Challenge, role-play, drill, or team moment using the skill.

Thursday

We Own It
Journal reflection. Connect the lesson to personal behavior.

10-Week Curriculum
